Wholesale Sourcing, Factory-Direct
When you buy by the container, every cent of unit price compounds and every supplier weakness repeats for a year. We source from manufacturers directly — verified, audited, with backup options — and we show you the factory invoices if you ask. Most agents won't. That difference is the business model.
Sound familiar?
- ✕Your 'manufacturer' quotes keep arriving from a trader's letterhead.
- ✕One supplier failure would stop your whole quarterly program.
- ✕Prices creep upward every reorder with no explanation attached.
- ✕You need factory audits your retail customers will actually accept.
How we do it
- 1
Define the requirement
Specs, target pricing, volumes and program cadence — we translate it into a sourcing brief factories respond to.
- 2
Three manufacturers, one sheet
Verified factories quoted side by side with MOQs, tooling costs and honest capacity constraints.
- 3
Samples & audits
Counter-samples checked against spec; factory audits for the finalists — license, capacity, export record, working conditions.
- 4
Program-ready engagement
Locked pricing with validity, backup factory identified, and a reorder process that takes one message.
What you receive
Every engagement includes these deliverables — in writing, every time.
- ✓Side-by-side manufacturer quote sheet
- ✓Factory audit reports (license, capacity, export history)
- ✓Counter-sample verification against spec
- ✓Backup supplier for every program SKU
- ✓Factory invoices available for your audit
Pricing
Sourcing is included in our commission (3–8% by scope). We do not accept factory-side rebates — if your price improves, it's because we negotiated, not because we switched suppliers on you.

+Can you take over our existing suppliers?
Yes — a common start. We audit your current factories, take over QC and shipping, and keep the relationships that work while quietly qualifying backups for the ones that don't.
+How do you handle tooling and molds?
Tooling contracts are written in your name where possible, with physical tooling ownership documented. Your mold is your property — in writing before the first cut.
+What about IP and design protection?
Mutual NDAs, supplier agreements and access controls before any spec is shared. For sensitive products, we qualify factories that already pass retailer IP audits.
